Elias Ozuna

Mr. Ozuna has 29 years of experience working in Higher Education and has a Masters in Business Administration, and is Senior Pastor of Hope Community Church. Mr. Ozuna has now committed full time to become CEO of Open Hands. Born and raised in Donna, Tx Mr. Ozuna has a heart to help those in need in the Donna community.

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

David Green

Mr. Green Co-Founded Open Hands Community Charitable Services with his wife Kathleen Green. Open Hands started as a Food Pantry in Hi-Way Chapel Foursquare church, now Hope Community Church, in Donna, Tx. Mr. Green now runs the warehouse and Food Distribution operations.

Samuel Lopez

Mr. Lopez drives growth and impact at Open Hands through his expertise in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and program development. A lifelong resident of Donna, TX, and a graduate with a Master’s in Public Administration, he brings years of experience in nonprofit leadership to his role, paired with a deep passion for empowering under-served families and creating lasting change.
